Timeline View
A totally new way to visualize, plan, and execute on projects. The timeline view is the heart of Harmony. The timeline view presents your project as Phases and Milestones aligned along tracks – different groups, teams, and even companies can all be represented and tracked from one place, and changes are communicated instantly. Let managers worry about tasks, Harmony is about making sure everyone knows what’s going on, how well the schedule is being executed, and instantly alerted if any timing changes. Harmony is a new way to approach managing complex projects. 		Model Phases and Milestone
Phases and Milestones are the project building blocks in Harmony. The philosophy is pretty simple – most groups have a good handle on their own tasks. Marketing doesn’t need to know that engineering is refactoring code on Monday – they need to know when the product will launch, and when they’ll need to start writing copy for the website. Information at this level simplifies communication.

Complex Dependencies
Harmony allows you to model complex dependencies between, or within, groups, and shows accurate project statuses by taking into account late phases and milestones.

Project Dashboard
The harmony dashboard quickly summarizes the various projects from across the company, showing the status of current phases and Milestones and alerting the entire company to any red flags or potential slips.
Project Learning Report
Harmony’s Project Learning Report is a completely new way to understand how well your company executed during a project. Harmony automatically tracks execution to plan, so slippages, cross group impact, phase length, and numerous other metrics can provide actionable insight to a company after, and even during, a project. These metrics can further be leveraged to better plan the next big project.
